About Me
Hi there!
I am so glad you’re here! My name is Kirsten Freeman, I am a mother of three phenomenal kiddos, & I’m engaged to my best friend. We moved to Greenville in 2018, from Florida, and I’m in love with SC! I have had experience birthing in both a hospital and at home. I am a lifelong learner, I love to cook, hike, and binge Netflix shows. On any given day you can find me with my head stuck in a birth book, or wandering around the woods. I strive to be honest, real, and trustworthy.
I offer Doula services for your birth and/or postpartum. I am also a childbirth educator, offering classes in a group setting or in the privacy of your home. When you hire me you can be confident that you have an experienced, compassionate support person by your side. I am currently attending only home births since I am now also a student midwife!
I want to change the way we approach the subject of birth from a place of fear and avoidance to a place of excitement and acceptance. You will remember how you were made to feel during your birth, for the rest of your life, and when you hire me, I ensure that you feel supported and cared for, every step of the way. I feel like I have a calling for this work, and I want nothing more than to make sure you feel that your birth was empowering.

Birth Doula
As your Doula, I support your wishes for your birth. I listen to your desires and thoughts, I hold space for you to find your inner strength and bring forth life into the world. You hold the power in yourself, sometimes I just help shine a light so you can find it.
Childbirth Educator
I offer many different options for classes, and they can be customized to fit your preferences . The atmosphere allows you to feel comfortable asking questions, and the class is based on conversations rather than lecture.
Belly Casting
I offer belly casting as a way to commemorate your pregnancy. There is no better way to capture the beauty of your growing belly than to cast it. I provide all materials, and set up in your home. I can decorate your cast in any way you wish, possibilities are limitless.
